Refund Policy

To the extent permitted by the applicable law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial membership periods or unused StreamGen service. All paid service fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed with subscriber in writing. If your subscription renews for the next period and you accidentally forget to cancel it, please understand that you'll be responsible for the charges. Initiating refunds won't be possible in such cases.

Changes to the Terms

We, StreamGen, reserve the right to review and amend any of these Terms of Service at our sole discretion. Upon doing so, we will update this page. Any changes to these Terms of Service will take effect immediately from the date of publication.
